About me

After one year spent studying Biomedical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, I'm now studying Computing at Politecnico di Milano.
Im my spare time I try to do some works concerning computer programming and web developement. So, if you need a good code monkey: I'm here.

I love reading. I'm not really in novels, but sometimes I like to read them. Most of the time, I read books about travels, biographies...well, non-fiction books.
Usually I read when I'm on holiday and everyday on the train that takes me to Milan.

On July 2003 I graduated from my high school and now I'm a comuter technician. Thus I've a pretty good knowledge of the computer world.
I'm fluent in PHP, C/C++, Visual Basic, HTML, XHTML and CSS. I can also do some graphics using Photoshop, though I'm not a real graphic designer.

For Christmas 2003 I got a Canon EOS 300D digital reflex: great! This present soon ignited my photographer side.
I have to be honest: I'm still practicing, but I think I'm not that bad. You can have a look at some of the photos I took on my personal gallery (you have to register; you can't use a Flydown.org account...I'll work on this) and on my .Mac homepage.

Travelling is the real passion of my life. I consider myself to be very lucky because at 20, I've already been in many places.
My first "important" travel has been the one in Nepal and Tibet on August 2004. My other travels have been "easier": States, Cuba, Mexico, UK, etc.
I don't know where my next travel will be. I'd like to go to Iceland. And my dream is to visit South America by motorbike.

I love music: both listening to it and playing it. I like many different type of musics, though I don't like pop, electric music, etc. except for some very very very rare songs ;) .
I play guitar and sometimes try to record myself using my computer. I have a Fender American Stratocaster, a Fender Jaguar, an Ovation and a very basic classic guitar.

I like modern art. My favorite artists are Keith Haring, Joan Mirò, Salvador Dalì and Edward Hopper. I think you should have a look at what Maurizio Cattelan does...his 50 years ahead! And you should have a look to Scaruffo's works...he's half human and half divinity (actually, more divinity than human).
Sometimes I like to "paint", too. Though I'm not a great artist...
